This interview continues the efforts from Professor Nolan to make the general public more aware of the benefits of nutrition, specifically the intake of the three main carotenoids that are necessary for eye and brain health. These benefits have been demonstrated by research over the last 15 years, led by Professor Nolan and sponsored by the Howard Foundation.
